Renovations

As a project manager at High Street Properties, I was responsible for the renovation of an historic, pre-war apartment in Manhattan which focused on a complete gut of a kitchen last updated in the 1980s. I provided design services and prepared approvals packages for the building management, including preparing a project narrative, creating existing and proposed floor plans and elevations, and documenting the existing conditions in photographs. After successfully receiving approval, I oversaw construction and communicated the design vision with the contractor and the trades people.
