Presentations for New Business

I am heavily involved in the creation of custom presentations for business development as well as marketing and public relations events. Clients include over 40 colleges and universities including Harvard University, Yale University, Brown University, University of Virginia, and Tsinghua University in Beijing; developers including Related, Hines, Zeckendorf Development, Liberty Property Trust, and Vanke; companies including Comcast, Tiffany, and GlaxoSmithKline; and institutions including the George W. Bush Presidential Center, the International Tennis Hall of Fame, and the Museum of the American Revolution.

The first six images are a sequence of site analysis diagrams created in Adobe InDesign for use in PowerPoint. These were designed to be simple with one idea per slide and a narrative that builds from one to the next to prove to a potential client that we understood their site.

The last two images show a technique developed to help potential clients understand an early concept of their building. A floor plan with areas highlighted in red was paired with photos from other projects of the firm to show the proposed character of each space.
